Woke up to this insane view of the lake and those mountain vibes. Breakfast was a win, super tasty, and the folks serving were real friendly. Caught this awesome Christmas event while we were there, made the whole trip feel special. Bus station right out front made getting around a breeze. No pool though, which was a bummer.

hermitage lake lucerne, beach club & lifestyle is a fantastic find. the location is right on the lake shore, giving stunning views. the pool table was a fun touch that we loved. the bus ticket provided at check-in made it super easy to get around and explore the area.

the parking fees were quite high.

the stunning views from our lake view deluxe room made every morning feel special, and having the bus station just a few steps away gave us easy access to incredible landmarks like the Lion Monument and nearby parks during our weekend explorations.

Great views of the lake and Alps from the rooms. A huge sunbathing lawn with direct access to the warm alpine lake.

Rooms on the bottom floor suffer from noise due to bathroom doors above, creating sleep disturbances. Air conditioning wasn't operational during winter, leading to uncomfortable temperatures at night. Additionally, the room design is subpar with a noisy toilet fan and inconvenient coffee machine setup.

Couple classic getaway

If you want a place with superb views,, this is it. The transport passes they give you make getting around a breeze. No need to stress about parking.

It wasn’t inexpensive,, but for the experience, it was acceptable.

The hotel's complimentary bus passes made exploring Lucerne incredibly convenient, allowing us to enjoy the city's offerings without the hassle of parking.

The lack of a proper swimming pool and only a few resting chairs in the spa made it less relaxing than we hoped, especially during busy hours.

Totally recommend for a weekend excursion

We encountered some service inconsistencies during dinner, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Our room was stunning with fabulous lake views and blackout curtains that worked miracles for the kids' naps! The beach club was super fun and family-friendly. Water sports rentals were included. What a treat!

However, the lift sounds like it’s auditioning for a horror movie, and I could’ve done without the lift opera at 3 AM! Also, please, who doesn't have an iron available?

However, the lack of air conditioning made for some discomfort during warmer afternoons, and breakfast service felt a bit chaotic, suggesting understaffing. Parking was convenient but noticeably expensive, which could be improved.
